Cement–ash concrete with the addition of lime kiln dust

The article is devoted to the study of effect lime kiln dust (LKD) on properties concrete mixtures and using Portland cement fly ash. A possible mechanism for formation structure cement–ash paste with addition LKD analyzed in detail. positive hydration (an increase content water by 40.50%) due an alkalinity shown. Using method experiment mathematical planning, experimental–statistical polynomial models component (Portland cement, ash, dust, superplasticizer, aggregates) influence workability mixture strength at different ages were obtained. introduction lime–carbonate components into increases 27%–54%. At same time, consumption up 200 kg/m 3 , ash 100.150 50.100 it seems obtain a compressive 20.30 MPa. obtained analyzed, which made establish additive age 7–180 days.
